## Question

ഒരാൾ ഇസ്തിസ്ഖാ നമസ്കാരം നിർവഹിക്കുന്നതിനിടയിൽ മഴ പെയ്ത് തുടങ്ങുകയും, ആ മഴത്തുള്ളികൾ അവന്റെ വായിൽ കയറി അവൻ അത് വിഴുങ്ങുകയും ചെയ്താൽ, നമസ്കാരത്തിന്റെ വിധി എന്താണ്?

## Answer / Fatwa Ruling

Permission to invest in share business is based on the mode of company that you are investing. If the company follow Islamic Principles & do not deal with interest, then it is Halal. If the company deals in haram businesses like investing in banks to receive interest, or the company didn’t following Islamic Principles in their sales & purchasing, then you cannot invest in such companies. And Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.

  > وبجواز هذا البيع أفتى كثير من علماء الهند مثل الإمام الشيخ أشرف عليّ التّهانوي رحمه الله ولكن هذالجواز يخضع لجميع شروط البيع فلو كانت الشركة لم تبدأ نشاطتها وكانت موجوداتها مقتصرة على نقود فإن أسهم تلك الشركة لا تمثل إلا نقودا فلو بيع السهم بنقد في هذه الحالة ، فإنه لا يجوز بيعها بأقل أو أكثر من قيمتها الاسمية ، لأن التفاضل يؤدي إلى الربا وكذلك إن كانت الشركة تجارتها حراما مثل الشركات التي تتعامل في الخمر أوالخنزير أو البنوك الربوية ، يحرم تداول أسهمها
