Can you pay Fine or interest for GST using interest received from bank.
Question:
My question is: An amount of 10,000 came as GST fine ( for a perion of 6 months) and interest for a business which I registered. One more thing to be noted is that I haven’t done any business with that account. My question is can I pay that amount using interest received from bank.

الجواب وبالله التوفيق والنجاح
nterest received from the bank should not be used for the purpose of payment of tax,gst,compound interest etc.It can be used for public expense like road construction or otherwise grant to poor without any reward.
