If yes, can I to donate or donate to non-Muslims? 2. How to recite the dua of magfirath in 3rd rakkath of mayyath Namaz for more than two person?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الجواب وبالله التوفيق والنجاح

Blood donation is permissible in Islam. Acceptance from non-Muslims is permissible and also can be given to them in unavoidable situations.

If there are many deadbodies, this prayer should be recited:
اللَّهُـمَّ اغْفِـرْ لَهُم ، وَارْحَمْـهُم ، وَعَافِهِم ، وَاعْفُ عَنْـهُم ، وَأَكْـرِمْ نُزُلَـهُم ، وَوَسِّـعْ مُدْخَـلَهُم ، وَاغْسِلْـهُم بِالْمَـاءِ وَالثَّـلْجِ وَالْبَـرَدِ ، وَنَقِّـهِم مِنَ الْخَطَـايَا كَمَا نَـقَّيْتَ الـثَّوْبَ الأَبْيَـضَ مِنَ الدَّنَـسِ،وَأَبْـدِلْهُم دَارًا خَـيْرًا مِنْ دَارِهِم ، وَأَهْلًا خَـيْرًا مِنْ أَهْلِـهِم ، وَزَوْجًا خَـيْرًا مِنْ زَوْجِهِم ، وَأَدْخِـلْهُم الْجَـنَّةَ ، وَأَعِـذْهُم مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَـبْرِ وَعَذَابِ النَّـارِ
